I originally went in for a tire rotation, and had noticed a minor discrepancy after leaving. They were super quick to take my car back and fix the problem, and also helped to personally point out new issues that need to be resolved with my vehicle. On a second instance when I purchased tires from them, I accidentally gave them the wrong odometer reading, but they happily resolved the situation, despite it being an inconvenience for them.
