She listened attentively to what I wanted done with my hair and advised accordingly. Moreover, she was friendly and explained things well. What is noteworthy and different from other salons I have been to is that Tracy communicated with me throughout the haircut informing me what she was doing with my hair in order to avoid any unexpected and disappointing surprises. At the end of the cut and blow dry she also helped me to style it with curler. I was going in to a different appointment for my eye lashes with Star (who is INCREDIBLE!! #LashesByStar..this girl gives you the best advice and makes your lashes look fresh all at the same time! I love this girl!) Star was actually the one who told me to try laser and she called and got the girl to laser me right then an there! It was a crazy experience! I’m going back and it’s perfect! I literally walked in explained my situation and Farah immediately called her next appointment to see if she would be able to reschedule so that she could assist me in my last minute miracle. I used to live in Markham so the commute to her salon was about 20 mins but now I live downtown so the commute has changed to 2 hours. Even though I have to sit in rush hour traffic for 2 hours, IT IS WORTH IT! Nobody can cut hair like her. I keep thinking, maybe I'll try a new place this time. Keratin smell is quite strong but I find it helps to close your eyes during the process.
