“A lovely stop on our cycling tour! We had visited several sites in the area and this was our overnight place. The people are lovely and the rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfast was excellent, but you need to aware that there are no shops nearby, so you need to bring any supplies for the evening (food, drink, etc) with you. Otherwise, this is a lovely location!”

“This is most beautiful place we stayed at in our trip to the Maritimes. The room was beautifully appointed, very modern design. It also had a great view out the sliding door out to the ocean, which is literally 45 steps down to the beach, with gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. The dining area also had beautiful views out to the ocean. The breakfast included lots of wonderful home-baked goods, cereals, fruit and some meats, as well as juice, tea and coffee. Our hosts, Barbara and Thomas, were very friendly, and were helpful with suggestions of what to do in the area. We also opted for a dinner at the Inn, with Chef Barbara making us a delicious 3-course meal, with a glass of wine to go with it. Altogether we had a very enjoyable stay at 45 Steps Inn, and look forward to visiting again!”

“Beautiful location, friendly staff! Spa amenities are very relaxing aside from the chatty Kathys in the hot tube. We also had lunch, halibut was delicious. Unfortunately the bread pudding was the worst I’ve had, took 30 minutes to get it, it was served cold, very dry and chewy, served with tiny scoop of ice cream! We’ll be back but we’ll probably skip the restaurant! Portion definitely small for price!”

“Nice newly renovated and spacious townhouse suite with functional kitchen and our unit had a small bbq. There is a great seafood shop down the road with Julio’s oyster bar. Great place for an oyster tasting and to buy seafood. We made an incredible surf n turf as there is no better place for beef, lobsters and potatoes than PEI! Bike shop next door and just ~20+ min bike ride or 3-5 min drive to trail head of Greenwich Beach which includes a lovely meadow walk and unique floating boardwalk across a lake to the beach. Favourite beach we visited. Owner provided nice beach towels when requested. Quieter part of island which is nice with partial view of the bay across the road.”

“Great campground, but a lot of road noise. Camping (unserviced) lots are not level. Nice pool. Good facilities. I wish pei would enforce car and motorcycle muffler/noise laws. Impacts this spot being so close to a main road.”

“We stayed at 9 different accommodations on our trip to PEI and I would say that this was by far the best experience/accommodation we had. I would go as far as saying this is probably the best B&B on the island. Sarah and Roger were amazing hosts. Both my wife and I agree that the breakfast is one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. Not just at a B&B, but anywhere. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, cozy and very clean. The entire Inn was amazing. We did not include any pictures of the interior of the Inn as the pictures on their website are a true reflection of what the rooms are. They are very well set up for all cyclists... e-bikes or traditional. A secure building to store bikes and plenty of charging stations for the e-bikes. The setting was very nice. You can sit on the front porch and have a great view of the harbor. There are also some good restaurants and shops just down the road (walking distance). If you have time, a must see is a quick trip to the Greenwich PEI national park for an amazing hike like no other. Thank you Sarah and Roger.”
