I've had a few nice experience there. Tech are generally knowledgeable and helpful. They take time with you. Price is not cheap, but it's fair for the quality. You get your money worths. Only beef is that we bought two bike at over 3000$ and the fitting was included in the sale but wasn't able to make it yet. It's been 4 month. I know covid19 doesn't help, but still.

First time buying from them online... everything went quite smoothly and very quickly (faster than the stipulated time). Pick-up was excellently organized at a separate door during these COVID times. Items competitively priced (couple of chamois creams, Park Tools products, and a few different chamois creams). Overall, wide selection and pricing is on par with most shops in the Montréal region. I will continue shopping there for some items my regular shop does not carry. 5/5.

Wide selection of high-end bicycle models on display. Relatively large showroom and shopping area. On prime hours, it's the most crowded bicycle shop I know of.
