“I've had a few nice experience there. Tech are generally knowledgeable and helpful. They take time with you. Price is not cheap, but it's fair for the quality. You get your money worths. Only beef is that we bought two bike at over 3000$ and the fitting was included in the sale but wasn't able to make it yet. It's been 4 month. I know covid19 doesn't help, but still.”
