Pee emergency with my little girl! Disappointed to see how the toilets are dirty, poorly maintained, bins not emptied, toilets not washed at 10:00 am Saturday morning. However, there is no shortage of staff in this store.
Very good store I found what I was looking for. However, my friend who accompanied me was asked to leave her backpack at the entrance. I don't know if it's common to ask for this but she felt targeted because of her age and got a bad experience from it.
A colorful place sat on top of the capitalist throne. But it works. My kids love it. And the child in me too. I find everything I'm looking for there. Including help. People are nice.
I usually order online because i am deaf which makes going to the store harder for me especially with everyone wearing a mask. So either way i had to communicate with the customer service person so i type on my phone and show it to her and she starts communicating with me through sign language. Amélie at the customer service gave me the best service i ever got from any employee of any store. She helped me find what i was looking for and told me pass at her cash register when i was done shopping and she asked me for a donation for sick children. I gave her 5 dollars as she was so much help.
I dont know if the store managers read these comments but your employee Amelie. A real gem
