“Courteous and helpful staff. I had a problem with a an international wire being rejected by the notorious wire team that chooses not to interact directly with customers. It was a manager at this branch that showed me the way and ultimately I received a refund for my losses. Overall, this is a conveniently located branch (and clean) that doesn't get crowded but they are closed on Sundays so if you want a locker, you have be mindful about accessing it. Parking is plentiful but the exit is painful, as you cannot go left on Leduc, instead, you have to go farther in towards the shopping district and make a U-turn. This can be tricky because of potential shopper rush. ”

“I went to this location on Tuesday with my wife to validate her account and the associate there was very professional, caring and showed a lot of enthusiasm not to mention he was quite funny. He took the time to show/explain the features of the mobile application, how to do transfers, linking of accounts and assured us that if we had any issues with regards to their services that we can see him without hesitation. I'm glad I made the switch, I'll be sure to send my friends and family to see this associate! :)”
