“Courteous and helpful staff. I had a problem with a an international wire being rejected by the notorious wire team that chooses not to interact directly with customers. It was a manager at this branch that showed me the way and ultimately I received a refund for my losses. Overall, this is a conveniently located branch (and clean) that doesn't get crowded but they are closed on Sundays so if you want a locker, you have be mindful about accessing it. Parking is plentiful but the exit is painful, as you cannot go left on Leduc, instead, you have to go farther in towards the shopping district and make a U-turn. This can be tricky because of potential shopper rush. ”

Je lui avais demandé si c’était pour me vendre quelque chose et elle m'a répondu :"non". Arrivé sur place, elle commence son speech de vente d'assurances toé... Je lui demande si c'est pour cela qu'elle m'a fait manquer ma fin d'après-midi. Elle m'a juste dit: "ce n'est pas manqué si vous ressortez assuré (je paraphrase à peine)". Je lui ai dit que je n'avais aucun désir à m'assurer et que je voulais partir. Mais pour quitter, je devais signer une annulation d'assurance?!?! Comment je peux signer une annulation si je n'ai jamais été assuré avec vous? Je ne comprends pas trop. Anyways. Outre cela, votre personnel est beau et fin. Vos locaux sont toujours super propre.”

“I went to this location on Tuesday with my wife to validate her account and the associate there was very professional, caring and showed a lot of enthusiasm not to mention he was quite funny. He took the time to show/explain the features of the mobile application, how to do transfers, linking of accounts and assured us that if we had any issues with regards to their services that we can see him without hesitation.
