“This is not the first time that I go to Ernest to buy some clothes. They carry quality items at reasonable prices. I have found the staff to be consistently knowledgable and extremely helpful. Whether I was being served by Felix a longtime employee or by Christine, the store's manager. They ask good questions regarding my preferences and bring you not only the items you are looking for but also the appropriate accessories to help you visualize the final look. Once I have selected some items, they took some brief measurements to make the necessary adjustments free of charge. What I appreciate most is that at no time did I feel like there is any pressure to buy. And should they not have the exact item you are looking for they see if they can get it from another store. Wish the opening hours were a little better as there's so many that come for early open practices and then have to wait around for the store to open, and with nothing else close by, it can get boring.”

“The store was extremely clean and organized. They have a wide selection of clothes with a very competitive price. I think I was there for an hour and was the last one to leave lol I was welcomed and served with a worker named Carolanne. She was very patient and sweet. She helped everyone around her and smiled the entire time. She wasn’t too pushy (i hate pushy salesmen) but she made herself available when you need her. I accidentally heard her and her manager talk and you can tell they’re both hardworking and they genuinely care about the organization, cleanliness and presentation of the shop. I went out of my way to get the manager’s name as well, which is Marie-Josée.. She seems like a good leader and cares a lot about her team and of course the wellness of her store. I had to write a review because their service just stood out from the rest. Hope they both get recognized for their good work! Keep it up ladies..”
