“I have been going there for a couple years now. There are many classes to choose from. My personal favourites are the Reformer (because it's has been great for strengthening my back, eliminating my back issues and my headaches) and Cardio Tramp (as in trampoline, because it's a serious cardio workout and it's fun too). The classes are small so you get a lot of individual attention from Emmanuelle. She is very knowledgeable and a great teacher. I love it. ”
