My personal favourites are the Reformer (because it's has been great for strengthening my back, eliminating my back issues and my headaches) and Cardio Tramp (as in trampoline, because it's a serious cardio workout and it's fun too). The classes are small so you get a lot of individual attention from Emmanuelle. She is very knowledgeable and a great teacher. I love it. ”
