The build quality is excellent and the prints are super. I did however need a replacement part, which was not the biggest of deals (the pushbutton on the lcd became fussy on mine). Despite that very minor glitch, I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Voxel Factory, as the team handled the NO CHARGE replacement in record speed.
