“Best prices on almost everything! Store is small and doesn't have a large inventory like other big hardware stores but for what they have the prices are lower than these stores. Got some things from the electrical and paint sections that are 20-30% less than other stores. Tools can be 40% less. Wood quality looks good from what i got. The only down side about this store is the super small and badly designed parking which seems to be made for smart cars and not for big trucks with trailers.”

“They had what I needed, which was a specific bi-pin lightbulb, which is good, and i was happy the online store showed they had this in stock. HOWEVER, I appreciate one of the workers asking me if I needed help, but I think it's a bit silly to ask if I need help then be unable to answer my question, nor take it upon oneself to seek out other colleges who may know. In addition, la madame n'etais pas bilingue, qui est aussi problematic. When I got home, I had issues with the new light anyways, because I'm not an electrician. All to say: 1) Train your employees to tackle technical questions (it is a hardware store); 2) At least train them to take initiative to find out the answer by consulting other colleages; 3) Bilingualism, je parle anglais et francais, je pense que toutes les personnes dans la service a la clientelle devrais etre capable aussi (It's our pride here)”
