“Had a problem with a water heater not heating my tenant's apartment and called different plumbers to be told that it's either the heating element or the fuse/circuit breaker but that if it's the latter it's not covered yet I still have to pay over $250 for them to come check. Called SOS and Yolande helped me right from the start, got me an appointment for the next day and then called me back to tell me there would be an available spot earlier today. I took it and they came within less than an hour of my initial call, changed the circuit breaker which wasn't working and even checked the element and thermostat. I could not be more satisfied by their quick, same-day service that encompasses both electrical and plumbing at an affordable price, highly recommended if you have any issues with your hot water tank!”

“Amazing service and great price compared to few others I worked with before. Came on time, got straight to work, quickly figured out the problem and did quick repair. Left everything clean. I had a clog very deep in the pipes, couldn't reach it with 25' snake! He managed to find the pipe in the basement wall by the sound of the snake shaking inside! Cut out the small piece of drywall, made sure the pipe is there, cut out the square, cleaned the clog, installed the trap door. Next time this is my go to plumber!”

I called the day before and the job was done the next day! He is diligent, respectful and accommodating. Bruno and Anthony, two plumbers from the team, came to unclog my RV toilet: excellent workers: when they come home, they ask if they should take their boots off so as not to dirty my floor = WOW! The guys are professional and in their business they are also friendly and respectful. They hear laughter when the customer is willing to laugh (which I was) so we even had fun and they turned my lemon (my toilet stuck) into lemonade (we laughed and had a great time anyway. ). The guys also gave me explanations and ways of doing things so that the plumbing problem would not happen again. My holidays were able to continue happily: THANK YOU! “M. Massé est très professionnel et gentil. Il fait le travail à la perfection et a un prix honnête. Il est calme et posé. On avait un problème majeur de tuyauterie dans le condo et il a pris le temps d'analyser le système pour installer 4 clean out et nettoyer le système parfaitement. Tout va bien maintenant. Au début, je n’étais pas sûr de quel plombier prendre et mes expériences passées avec drain clair et un autre plombier ont été désagréables (enlève pas ses bottes en entrant, sacre à tous les trois mots, aucune empathie, présence désagréable et souvent incompétent). M.Massé est tout le contraire. Je refais affaire avec M.Massé n'importe quand. Cependant, il est un peu dur à rejoindre, il est de la vieille école. Mais ça vaut la peine de rappeler si vous n’arrivez pas à le rejoindre. Merci Pierre!”
