The horses were very well behaved and sweet. Staff were beyond helpful. All the children played volleyball together regardless of language barriers and had a great time.”

“Three words: Clean, restful and views! The room my boyfriend and I had the pleasure to stay in was clean and sterile to utmost quality. We slept like babies on our cloud-like bed and woke up to an amazing sunrise. James was very hospitable and made us smile! “Disclosure; it's someone's home. That being said, it's fine. Sheets and towels were clean, liked the French host despite being an American who only knows English. My only minor complaint is that, as a tall guy, the head clearance on the stairs was a bit low. Breakfast was good, met 2 other groups who were also kayaking to see the whales, so it was great information sharing.”

“The owners of this hostel are very friendly, patient, and speak enough English to be able to communicate with guests who only know a little bit of French. The beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean. Most non-essential items like a microwave or fridge are found in the common room and are shared between all guests. The rooms do not have an ac but contain an electric fan and the windows can be left open over night without letting in a lot of noise from outside. The only negative aspect are the squeaking beds and the floor that creaks with every step. It is still quiet enough to sleep at night.”
