“After 40, staying for is a everyday challenge. Last year I invested myself with hard core weight training. After 6 months of training,I gained 12 pounds of muscles, did not lost much of fat and felt stuff like a bar. I discovered Yoga fitness just in December and enjoyed their week free trial. I went every other day and got hooked. I did a couple of sessions at Ste-Foy studio but my favorite is in St-Romuald. It's brand new facilities are top notch for hot yoga and TRX classes. Staff are super friendly and helpful. With the good nutrition and 4-5 sessions per week, I feel that I am better equipped this year to reach my fitness goal. I highly recommend this place.
