The grandparents (a rather young and very active couple), their eldest son as well as their two daughters and their respective families (spouse, spouses and children) are fully involved in the work. The grandchildren (children, adolescents and young adults) work with passion, they even follow studies in the field of agriculture and gradually take over, an exemplary succession. The animals are treated royally with high quality care that the vast majority of the population ignores.
