“My son got a very serious scratch on his eye when he was a year old. It happened during supper time and I desperately called all of the optometrists in Gatineau to get an optometrist to look at his eye as I didn't want to go to the emergency room with him so late in the day. Every single facility I called told me that the optometrist is gone or I can't come in without an appointment, even though they all understood how serious the situation was. Well, only Chicco took our son in that same evening, without any issues at all! I didn't have to convince them or beg them, they just made it work right away without hesitation. Since that day, our whole family goes there and nowhere else. They also have great prices!”
