(December 3, 2019, 7:58 pm)Bought a kickstand there, and less than a month later it broke. They remembered selling it to me even though I no longer had my receipt, and they replaced it with a new one and installed it for free, taking care of the broken one under its warranty. Good service on their part.
Update: Also had a flat tire. It was the same tire that they serviced me 5 months ago, so they repaired it for free. Upgraded my review from 4 start to 5 stars. Way to go Cycle Bertrand!
