The service technician was very friendly and clear in explaining with what my car needed and what would be covered under the warranty. The shuttle service was amazing and very convenient. Can’t say enough good things.

From welcoming you in to giving them your request Prince lives up to his name at Gabriel West Island. Very knowledgeable and when he doesn’t know he will get you the information you need.
Transport to and from your location is a pleasurable experience, such a wonderful man. If you need a courtesy car all you need is to ask. The work is completed in a reasonable time and should there be any issues they will call or even text you.

Julia was extremely kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I’m looking for. The whole staff was courteous and welcoming. It was as fun as getting a new car can get as far as the experience goes! Would highly recommend.

Overall, I had a good experience at this dealership. They do put care in making sure that you are taken care of. The salesman and service advisor with who I dealt with were extremely professional and knowledgeable of their product. For the class of vehicle and brand I had hoped for a little higher quality outcome from the sale and state of the car that was given to me, even though my 2017 Audi A4 was certified used. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I will, personally, however be a a little more thorough in my inspection for missing parts and condition of the vehicle before signing on the dotted line.
