The team at Volvo from sales to service, is top notch. Through the entire process from choosing Volvo vehicle to when I picked it up, it was a smooth and seamless transition, Thank you Jaimie and team Volvo West Island - for being the A team! You made my decision very easy to choose Volvo for a second time around.
It was my first time in contact with Volvo and from the first time the deal was awesome, nice people very kind, they took care about me and my family. They showed me exactly what I wanted. They went into every detail of the car.
The service was excellent from the receptionist to the agency manager.
Special mention to Christian Mujica who was extremely helpful. He gave all his attention to the satisfaction of us as customers.

It is with pleasure I can say I have full confidence in the team at the West Island location to take care of all details necessary in purchasing and servicing the vehicles. It does get busy at times (especially during tire season), and I think that is just an owed to how well they are doing and keeping up with the flow of everyone and everything. It's been well worth the time and the guys are great.

I am the owner of a Volvo 2009 XC70 and have been servicing my car at Volvo Pointe Claire which is located on the West Island in Montreal. My car has been continually serviced there for the past 12 years and has been very well maintained by the service team there. Recently I had an issue with my battery and could not get the car started so it would have to be towed in order to get it serviced. Where I park is at the back of my condo complex and there is a significant incline, I have to go up to get to the main road as well as a narrow access road. I have a CAA membership and I called them to tow my car. The tow truck arrived and when the driver saw where the car was, he indicated that he was not able to tow it.
At this point I called Volvo Pointe Claire, spoke to Marius Ion and explained the situation to him. He said that he would send some of his service team to pick up some gravel so that we could put it on the lot and slippery incline which was the problem. At that time he also indicated that one of their tow truck service contractors was a very experienced individual and he would recommend him to me. Within an hour the lot & access road had gravel put in place and the tow truck driver had come and very capably got my car hooked up an on it’s way to Volvo.
I am putting this note together so that the general public can be made aware of what excellent service with a customer focus looks like. Mine was an exceptionally unusual circumstance and the Volvo service team did not hesitate for a moment to help me out. I give my thanks to Marius and the Volvo service team----remarkable & excellent!!
Volvo doesn’t only have excellent cars they also have a staff of excellent people!!
