I used to have a different salesman, buy mine has retired and Bobby has taken over his clients. Bobby has always been on the ball with me, as well as always trying his absolute best to make me happy. He kept reassuring me about my new purchase, and always updating me on the latest of when my car will be arriving since everything had a delay. Fortunately for me, my car came earlier than expected.

I also dealt with Marc DesJardins, the financial advisor, he was kind and honest. He always answered any of my questions or worries that I had and put my mind at ease. Plus he's also funny. Marc also never missed a beat with anything that had to do with me new person, he is always on the ball and super attentive, and that's what I look for.

Had a wonderful experience at Toyota Spinelli Pointe-Claire from start to finish. My lease was coming up and William contacted me in advance to ensure that I’d be able to get a new car on time, considering the current car shortage in the market. He was very thorough and patient with us during our selection process. Mary was equally as charming and helpful when it came to explaining finances and Cassandra at delivery was just so sweet and patient as I took the time to get accustomed to my car. My 3rd car (Rav4) with this branch and I am never disappointed. Met with William last September as he did a courtesy call to see how my 2018 was holding up. Told him i might want to upgrade and wanted him to help me again. Sure enough he did along with the staff in finance. I thought that i would have to wait forever my new car given these times, but i got it in November in time for the 1st snowfall!
Yesterday was one of the busiest days for tire change with cars lining up off the property. I thought it would take several hours to get the job done, but after 2 hours, my tires were on and maintenance check was done. Staff is always pleasant and helpful as usual. No complaints thus far!
