After having a negative experience at the downtown location. A random 500 deposit even when I had my creditcard. That deposit is too high and unnecessary.

So, the next day at the airport location Julie(tall caucasian brunette) was excellent. No, issues and made the experience smooth.

Having employees such as her is a valuable asset to the company.

Hands down best service i received! Car was super clean! Had some issues with the 1st car BUT the staff there was AMAZING! They fixed the problem! Gave me a new car with prompt service!! It was super busy in there but they took the time needed to help me! To the lady and gentlemen whom helped me, THANK YOU! I will be a customer to your company each time i go back to Montreal!!
