“I rented the Dodge Carvan for 5 days, all was good. The only issue I had was the front window wipers were not working well, also there was no radio 📻 signal during my whole trip, because there was no antenna installed! I complained about it after I returned the car. I asked them for reimbursement and they gave only 116.72$, I was expecting more than that . But in general their customer service was good.”

“I didn't book with them but had a nail puncture a tire on a rental I had driven in from Ontario. I called Pierrefonds Budget and they were useless, told me to go to the airport. I called the airport about 10 times and no one ever picked up. Finally I called these guys and they were super helpful, told me to bring the car in and they'd switch the tire. Made sure I knew where they were located and had enough air in the tire to get there. When I got there they took me in about 10 minutes and the tire swap was done about 20 minutes later, no charge to the account and I was back on the road and in vacation mode once again. Really appreciated their customer service, fast and helpful.”

Once I entered the shop, process took less than 5 mins. Store can hold 2-3 clients max at safe distance. Those clients complaining about waiting long outside to find out if vehicle is available without reservation, book online or call for your inquiry in advance. Help others by helping yourself, be proactive, complete necessary documents in advance, so you don't spend hour doing that on location and others don't wait after you. Your effort to reduce wait time and paperwork, plays a great role in this pandemic.”
