Be careful about what you believe on the internet and always give them a chance to respond before harshly rating a business. Francine at the anjou branch took time to personally reply to my review, she called me twice, and took the time to explain and re-explain the repairs that need to be done of my ring. They were behind fair and completely accomodating. I had a great experience when buying with them and I had a great experience when it came to sorting out repairs years later .”
