Aux Vivres Plateau

Fresh food and good service. It was very nice that the music was quiet and not loud so that everyone can talk at a normal tone. Music used to be very loud before and the place was extremely noisy as a result. Thumbs up for the change - keep it this way please.

Really tasty! Good spot for a vegan binge. Been for supper and there is a lot of variety. I had one of the burgers and was very satisfied. However majority of meals are soy or gluten base, so worth checking the menu before hand if you have allergies

I always try to stop by Aux Vivres when I'm in Montreal. Their brunch is delicious as are their sandwiches and bowls. The last time I was there I got the Buddha Bowl with tofu and it was really good, I especially liked the dressing. They also have great desserts.

Simple and delicious (+ vegan)! My friend and I came here for a weekend brunch around 11am and there were no issues getting a spot. The brunch menu was simple, some savory and some sweet options but both were so good! We split the dishes and it kept us full well into the dinner hour! Would come again!

Great place for vegan options. I used to go to the plateau location but since this one is so close it’s hard to go back there. Same menu, and very large portions to which I almost never finish my meal. One thing is that vegan food is quite filling so you’re better off ordering small portions/half of you can. Cornbread is really great!!
