Having small groups in the class really keeps me motivated as well. so does using the heart rate monitor. Sean, Peter and Mehran are amazing instructors, I have learned a lot from them.
(July 16, 2018, 10:24 pm)Best workout I’ve ever had. Classes are the perfect size. The coaches are friendly and awesome and actually have time for one on one guidance. Never had this much fun at a gym before!
