Good gym but should open earlier than 6am during weekdays ??

You're hours are absolutely terrible. What gym closes on weekends. It's bad enough you close at 9pm weekdays...
Other than that it's a great gym.

Friendly staff, respectful customers and clean overall ... except the “lost and found” corner.

This gym, just like the Promenade Cathedrale unit, has a very convenient location, accessible via the metro, however the commercial center in which it's installed closes many of its doors rather too soon. It is larger than the Promenade unit, clean, bright and full of mirrors.

Equipment is fresh and new, though the cushions are very hard and uncomfortable. It does not open on weekends, so have that in mind if you choose the Econo membership. If your training regime includes deadlifts or squats, do know that they only have one squat rack (the Promenade unit has two) However they do have 3 smith machines, 1 of which is available in the Promenade unit, the other two are a type of smith machine which looks like a cross over between a traditional smith machine and a squat rack. I really like their cable crossover machine which has a pretty high bar that should be good enough even for the tallest of us. I see many folks using steps to reach it.

As far as maintenance is concerned, I'm pretty disappointed to note that fixing a machine may take several weeks, like the leg curl machine that was out of order for over a month during the summer of 2017 (see photo)

Suggestions would include having a few benches in the changing area of the women's locker room. Having a hairdryer would be handy also.
