Amazing Experience!
I received a wonderful reflexology session from Catherine Auger.Her room was inviting, warm and relaxing.It was my first time trying it so I didn't know what to expect.
What a pleasant surprise.An hour long treatment of lathering of warm cream on a warm table as she worked all of the pressure points of the body with lots of massage.
It allowed me to just stop, relax and simply let go.I learned that reflexology is excellent for circulation, homeostasis in the body and much more.She took every precaution to make sure that we were both safe.A mask must be kept on throughout the session.
I highly recommend Catherine to encourage calm and peace in both body and mind.

I strongly recommend a Reflexology session with Cathy. I find it very relaxing and Cathy is such a kind and beautiful soul. I am usually asleep by the time the second foot is touched.
