Through a few coaching sessions, she helped me regain my physical and emotional energy. She helped me change my perspective on life challenges. Along with coaching, Marie-France helped release my tension through massage therapy. I continue to see her for massages regularly. She has a way of keeping you engaged during a massage which is very helpful because my mind tends to wonder off. Merci Marie-France!
