after many times ordering from here, decided to drop by for a review.

food taste good and a healthier choice as opposed to most on the food court area.

first time ordering experience, not the easiest to get how it works. but the more you come and eat here the process gets more familiar. but staff needs to explain more about the sauces as they never not a single time they mention about the other kinds of sauces available (dijon miel, lime, balsamic, etc.). they always ask if you want spicy mayo.

good place to eat overall, but why the 3 stars you might ask?

well, here’s why!

1- twice this happened…i came to try and order here around 10:30 around that time, then one of the staff on the grill tells me that they open at 11 o’clock. ok so i left. i came back at around 10:57 and ask if it’s okay to order and the staff still insist that they open at 11. i get it, but they lack flexibility and consideration. service is poor EXCEPT for the owner as i went back yesterday and he was professional and seems to care for a good service.

2- staff again lacks understanding that they are working with food. every time most of them see someone they know they do a bounce (or something similar in front of the open food) and just let them cut to the line no respect whatsoever. just unbelievable

3- minor issue, the cut of chicken are smaller compared to other poulet rouge locations. not a deal breaker, i can still live with it.

i could easily give 4 stars if service gets better.

Although the slices of chicken were smaller compared to the branch downtown, the flavours were just as good. The chicken is deep in flavours from marination and so are their condiments. I really enjoy being able to pick what I want in my bowl, it makes it more personalized to my taste and it's overall more enjoyable, especially when they allow you to pick up to 7 condiments. Since everything was flavourful, the whole meal was a rollercoaster of different flavours and it was great. Sour to sweet to salty, I just didn't get tired of my food. The poutine on the other hand was average, fries were soggy and a basic gravy. But that was probably because it was delivered. Even though they have so much good stuff going for them, I was a bit disappointed that my food arrived lukewarm and I just wish the overall portions would be a bit larger.

First, it was a little bit confusing. It was not clear what it is in the bowl! More indication would be helpful like step 1, 2…Basically, you choose your chicken, rice or quinoa or both, then choose your topping, the sauce. It is a good option if you want healthy food.

The BEST restaurant in the new food court!

This is the place I've been going the most since it opened, tried pretty much everything on the menu and yesterday the poutine. Expected something decent based on the other orders I've seen of it, but it was even better than I expected! That sauce is amazing, the fries, everything!

The only downside is how busy the place always is, longer wait times for the food but it is so worth it and the owner and employees work hard non stop! It is worth the wait trust me!

If you're hungry, you will leave that spot feeling satisfied!
