“If you would like to feel the French spirit of Quebec city try this hotel! I chose it, particularly because of the traditional design ( it looked different than other hotels) and location. I stayed two nights, the breakfast was fresh and delicious! It is close to all amenities, I was in unit 4 and enjoyed the sound of rain hitting the roof on a rainy night which made a pleasant memory along with the old European design of the room. It was also very clean and you feel you are living in the one-century back! Highly recommended.”

The room could be a little better; lighting is not the best, furniture is a bit old and an odd placement for the sink, outside of the washroom. The pool was very clean and well maintained. “We stayed here towards the end of September 2021. Once we got there, it felt so comfortable like a home. It was immaculately clean as if no one had ever stayed there before. We stayed in the King Size room and there was so much space in the unit. Everything that you could think of was provided and we hardly heard anyone else staying there. I don't know if this is because you have to be over 21 to stay there. The only critique I could provide isn't even their fault. There was a ton of construction in and around the building when we stayed. They started right around 7 in the morning and it made it difficult to walk around the area, typically causing us to make a detour around the area. This would make even getting an Uber difficult. However, the construction won't be forever. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and we're already thinking of the next time we can go back to Quebec City to stay here!”

“The loft was fantastic overall, great decor, clean. Why ever go to conventional hotels when we can have something like this? Paid parking was available nearby (Dorchester parking lot) at a reasonable rate. The location is also about 30 mins walk from Old Quebec, real convenient.”

“An excellent hotel! My wife and I stayed for over a week enjoying various parts of Quebec City. The staff were very friendly and efficient (and always had excellent recommendations for food, etc). Breakfast is left at the door and is usually some combination of croissants, scones, bread, muffins, apple sauce, or yogurt. The room was somewhat small but very comfortable and had everything we needed! Definitely recommend to others!”

“Omg, what a hidden gem. So close to everything. The photos don't lie online. A great treat for a quick stay in the heart of the city. So many good restaurants to walk to in the area. Breakfast so yummy. I was happy to take with me some whole fruit of the dining room table for the day. They have thought of everything, so accommodating, English is also spoken. Was a referral from a friend and I am also giving my seal of approval to share And recommend. Very quiet, a great rest after so many hours of touring the city. Great value! A shot of part of the bedroom. Very well upgraded with modern conveniences while keeping the integrity of this opulent chateau. Pinch me did I really stay here?!”
