“Only problem, the employee in charge who came to install the windows had to come back to install the moldings around the windows (in the contract, it was expected that he would return later). He raised his voice because he wasn't happy because one of the moldings had a bit more intricate cut and it was taking him longer than he expected. I have been renovating for several months and managed the site myself. He is the least courteous person I have ever known. The sales service was excellent, the installation well done.
