“Charles is beyond professional. He's a master of the trade. My husband and I went to Dormez-Vous for a new mattress. Charles gave us a few moments to ourselves before giving us the best purchasing experience of our lives. He first had us test three beds to learn what our mattress type was (there are more than 10). Although we lay in many, he really made the experience easy. My husband and I were also very surprised that the pillows he had us use were strategically chosen based on our body types! We thought it was fluke that we loved our own pillows but hated the other persons. By the time we finished I asked him about the pillows and he explained the science behind them. Whatever this man gets paid, it is not enough! His customer service skills are amazing, his expert opinion is extraordinary, and his intelligence in this niche is unparalleled. My husband and I only went in for a mattress and box spring, but walked out of that store with a mattress, electric box spring, two pillow and a mattress protector (and with the current liquidation sale we got it all for the original price of the mattress!) The store closes for 3 weeks soon, so I recommend going in ASAP. If you do miss the sale, I'd still recommend going in and requested Charles. He'll make sure you sleep well for the rest of your life!”
