I'm currently shopping for a car - intend to buy mid-December. I'll give you 5 stars for genuinely caring about your clients and your reputation. Unfortunately, this is not as common as one would wish for. I'll certainly consider your concession for buying a used car. Just hope I'll never have to lower this rating.
