“Very nice resto with great terrace at the back. Service was fine although I was ready for another beer, but had finished my meal before anyone came around to ask if we wanted more drinks. The food is where they loose points for us: guacamole was great but very few chips (and they were hard). The fajitas were good but came with a lot of cheese all over the meat, we kept pulling more off the plate and set to the side. Margarita was very “blah”, no character to it, not even a lime slice, and very sweet. The Bloody Caesar was good but… not even a celery stick, nothing. The starter taquitos were good. All in all, wouldn’t be our first choice next time we’re back in Magog. Mediocre. Zero flair. Which is a shame because the place is nicely decorated and pleasant to sit in.”

“If you're looking for great Pizza in Magog, This is the place. It's a bit like a take out resturaunt. Limited seating, clean, large bathrooms. I normally get a Quebecois and the wife a vegetarian. Very very good and the value is excellent. ”

“Where to start? The food was excellent, very fresh and locally-sourced. The products served here are thoughtfully chosen. Great selection of microbrews and wines. I chose to taste multiple beers on tap, the owner guided me so well in my choices — she clearly knows her products well. We sat on their lovely patio. Highly recommend.”

“Nice place, very nice inside and the terrace offers a very nice view of the lake. However, the menu on site differs from that on the web. I had come for the oysters and there were none. The smoked salmon is smoked salmon from the grocery store, the poutine is ordinary and the pizza crust was burnt. The menu is quite ordinary. The service, however, was impeccable.”

“We needed a team order on a Monday after a hockey game before a long ride home, but we were fortunate enough to find Papa’s. They were able to have subs made for all the boys as well as pizzas and even delivered it to the rink! Food was great and the boys were very happy! Thank you from the Ridley College Prep Boys Hockey Team”

“Very nice option in Maggog, we find the restaurant via trip advisor and no regrets. Very friendly staff, pet friendly with delicious food the fried calamari is special and I had a fish that was amazing. Definitely I am going back, specially to have a nice glass of wine with the river view!!!”

“I really liked the vibe and appreciated the view. The service was great. I tried their filet de truite which was very fresh. It could have been more seasoned but I could add salt and pepper if I wanted too. I would definitely go back again.”

“I am absolutely enamoured with this restaurant! The French cuisine was absolutely out of this world delicious, so delicious, in fact, my husband and I couldn't resist going two days in a row. We tried the escargot, French onion soup, and poutine on night one, all of which were phenomenal. My husband could not stop talking about the soup (I think he might love it more than he loves me!), so of course he had to order more on night two, along with French fries which were perfectly cooked, and the eggplant gratin which is a revelation. To say this is the perfect place for comfort food after a night on the slopes is an understatement! Absolutely worth crossing the border for!!!”
