“I spent a week with my two daughters in this small and modern cottage set in a magical setting. Just sitting upstairs and looking out drinking coffee or having a drink at the end of the day was an experience into itself. I wish I could bring the atmosphere back home with me. You absolutely need a 4x4 with snow tires if in winter. Lac Beauport has many places to get food nearby. There are so many things in the area to do even for non skiers. The few drawbacks abour the cottage is that people who have a large body will find it difficult to navigate the narrow spiral staircase. Personally, I would not bother having an espresso machine and I would add a microwave. The kitchen is basic and the fridges are the small types you find in hotels. The bunk beds are comfortable and the Ikea couch upstairs converts into a bed and is not the best for sleeping as there are hard bits digging into your back. The place is ideal for a couple. Anymore than three would be pretty squished imo.”

“I stayed 3 nights in this chalet, the chalet is superb and well appointed, two double beds, gas stove and functional kitchen. The place is beautiful and there are several trails for snowshoeing or cross-country skiing. We feel in nature anyway although we are thirty minutes from Quebec. Really recommend the place!”

“Beautiful resort! Stumbled upon this resort on Expedia and were so happy we ended up booking it. Stayed 3 nights in February (Sat-Tues) and had a great time. The resort itself is gorgeous, clean, smells great and is beautifully furnished. The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke fluently in both English and French. Our room (king studio mountain view on the 3rd floor) was gorgeous and had everything necessary for a great vacation. They provided robes and slippers for heading out to the year round hot tub, and we were able to rent complimentary snow shoes from the front desk - A must do! Ask for directions to the nearby trails, but if possible drive since it starts about 10 minutes from the resort. The restaurant was nice. Sunday brunch buffet was amazing! Dinner prices a little steep. Make reservations for breakfast or dinner on weekends or risk not getting a table!”
