“Check in was very poor.. we arrived on saturday, 19 January 2019. Prior to our arrival we called several times giving updates to our location and to reassure the room was ready as we had to get ready for a wedding. We were told that the room was not to be ready until 1500 and we asked for earlier due to us travelling and had to get ready for a wedding for 1500. Long story short, the room was not ready early afternoon and we had to miss the wedding at church was we had to get ready and be at church for 1500. If our room was ready before, it would of been great as we would of had time to check in, shower (as we traveled 6 hours to get there) and go to wedding.”
