Au début, je ne savais pas ce qu'ils allaient vérifier, et je me suis fait refuser...j'ai dû revenir pour les contre-inspection...et payer pour ça. Ensuite, j'ai fait des copies de leur liste d'inspection, et j'ai fait ma pré-inspection, et tout va pour le mieux désormais. Mais, ils avaient raison, lorsque le véhicule a un défaut...ils le notent, pas le choix. Alors, je pense qu'ils font bien leur boulot. même si on doit payer...Aussi, quand on parle avec le sourire, dans n'importe quel commerce, tout va mieux, et la vie est plus belle pour tout le monde. Le service à la clientèle n'est pas simple.”
