Fortunately, the Vertige Vélo Ski shop was close to the station and the technician was able to inflate the tires. He did it for me for free and let me go in peace. I highly recommend this bike shop!”

“I usually order online because i am deaf which makes going to the store harder for me especially with everyone wearing a mask. So either way i had to communicate with the customer service person so i type on my phone and show it to her and she starts communicating with me through sign language. Amélie at the customer service gave me the best service i ever got from any employee of any store. She helped me find what i was looking for and told me pass at her cash register when i was done shopping and she asked me for a donation for sick children. I gave her 5 dollars as she was so much help. I dont know if the store managers read these comments but your employee Amelie. A real gem”

“Took my bike for a service and new parts. I did have to pay up front for parts to be ordered - found that unusual, and they did take much longer than advised to arrive. Had me worried. But it all came good in the end. The owner sold me new tires that I am not entirely convinced I needed yet - but I could have said no I guess. Local business, owner managed, specialist knowledge. Payment up front for parts on order.”

When I got there they had it nicely dialled-in for me, and the guy there was very helpful in recommending some clothing that I had asked about. Back at home and the bike was well assembled and ready to ride. The only adjustment needed was some fine tuning the cockpit setup.”
