“When the Mini dealership couldn't properly diagnose odd idling / check engine light (after bringing it in 3 times in 1 week); we needed to find another garage quickly. I'm so glad we discovered Mécanique Expert. Steve immediately found an exhaust leak that was interfering with a proper diagnostic. Once that was fixed, he was able to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem. (To give you an idea, Mini told us it could either be this OR that - essentially saying, fix one thing for 700$ and we'll see if it was even broken). We were also made aware of two more issues that would have left us stranded in the near future. Everything was explained in detail and they kept the old pieces to show us just how worn they were. I trust them and I won't be taking my Mini anywhere else. Wish we had found you sooner. Thank you Thierry & Steve!”
