The service is great, when you call them for any concerns, the receptionists will take their time to answer all your questions.
I've been going there for 3 years now with my Husky and Kitten , the prices got a bit high (which is normal), but honnestly I've never received such a warm service from any other veterinary in montreal. The vets and technicians love their jobs at this place and treat your animals like their own, 10/10 for the service !!! Check it out
After an accident in my backyard happened during winter to my German Shepherd, Tyson, I was very anxious and was looking for a veterinary hospital with walk-in appointments as all other clinics/hospitals were full and can only provide me with appointments the following week but then I came across Bellerive Animal Hospital.
Let me tell you, after that first walk-in appointment, I made sure to transfer all of my dogs’ files from my previous veterinary clinic to Bellerive Animal Hospital (I live 5 minutes away from two veterinary hospitals and I take the extra 20 minutes just to go to Bellerive because of how phenomenal they are). I have never in my life met such amazing and caring staff at a veterinary clinic. EVER! They make sure you and your pet feel comfortable from the moment you walk-in to the moment you walk out. They showed how much they care when it came to animals it was just amazing. I was waiting in the entrance with my dog and one of the veterinary technicians came to get water near the seating area and asked what happened to my dog and so I explained the situation and she looked at it and ensured me everything will be alright and it was a good thing I came to see them. Not only that she also gave my dog some water as he was very thirsty, and I did not bring any due to the fact I was worried I would miss the walk-in hours. When it came to examining my dog, they take as much time as needed to look at your pets not only at the area of concern you mention to them but their overall health and body, they listen to your concerns about your pets and help solve any situation there can possibly be and provide you with many options on how we can go about the situation.
Although, their phone lines can be very difficult to reach at times, they WILL respond to your email quickly to ensure any concern is answered. During COVID, my dog had some issues and although I could not bring him in to get checked, I would send them emails and pictures with explanations of the situation, and they would communicate through email and sometimes would also call you for more details if needed. They would then proceed by providing me with the medication he would need and a detailed explanation on how to give the medication and all other information needed.
I would 1000% recommend anyone to go to Bellerive Veterinary Hospital as they are the best.

I highly recommend this place. After a recent house fire I brought my cat in as an emergency.
Even though I couldn't go in due to Covid-19 it was well set up to pick up my cat and easy communication over the phone.
The staff was very professional, caring, kind and honest. The prices are unbeatable.
No hidden fees, up front and honest.

Awesome service and very kind staff. They really think of the well-being of the fur babies and never push for unnecessary tests or interventions. We are very grateful to have them for our pup!
