“We use this clinic for our cat and dogs. All the boring regular care appointments have gone smoothly. They were able to see us the same day when our dog broke his elbow. He was very nice and able to discuss with us all the options. The surgery our dog needed to have the best chance at walking again was big $$$ and needed to be done at a emergency hospital with a surgeon specialist. We were touched when even though this vet did not do our dogs surgery they called to follow up the next day anyway to learn his fate.”

“A Huge THANK YOU to the Robervaloise Veterinary Clinic for its Professionalism whose priority is the Animal and not the Money. This Doctor tells the REAL Problems and finds, if possible, the appropriate solution(s) for our pet. This Doctor has an exemplary conscience and makes sure to give the best diagnosis and care for our animal. No need to overcharge the bill in order to make as much money as possible, as unfortunately many other clinics do in order to make money, for them always money. “No and no he said to me, I'm a believer and I believe in carma. For me, the important thing is, and always will be, to care for your animal as much as possible. That's the important thing.'' So leaving Chicoutimi to go to the Roberval veterinary clinic is in itself only happiness because I know that my animal will have the appropriate care at a more than reasonable price. When I return home, with a heavy heart because my pet is sick, I at least know what the problem is and what I should do to treat it. And I know that elsewhere...
