Amazing care. Brought in a foster Guinea pig who had a mouth tumour. They removed the entire thing during the biopsy despite my finances, and he has been living his greatest life since, with me, because I decided to adopt him.
This would not be the case if not for the vets who were so compassionate and educational. When they called me with the news that his tumour was benign, the vet was so caring and kind, showing real passion about his well-being.
At the time, he had a simple nickname of “Dodo,” but now his name is RJ/Art. He lives, happily, because of this amazing vet care.
Really expensive has we can predict.
However, the personal was charming, the place really clean and calm. I even got a call back a few day later even though I'm not a regular there, really good service overall
The waiting time was acceptable in the middle of the night with snack machine and bathroom available as well
I had a real scare happen earlier this month with one of my sugar gliders. At night upon feeding time, my partner and I were shocked to have seen that her arm was very badly injured with an open fracture. Panicking we didn’t know what to do as our regular exotic vet was closed. We found out that this vet takes in exotics so we rushed there at 11:30pm at night. We found out that there were no exotic vets present at night but would be there in the morning, however one of the regular vets did examine her and consulted with us. Very professional and although it wasn’t her domain of expertise she answered our questions as best as she could and told us to leave her over night to get some medication and to be seen first thing the next morning and we’d get a call with more news. They called in the morning, explained to us everything they noticed and gave us medications for her so she could get better before her amputation if we went through with it. The exotic vets were very knowledgeable and answered every little question we had. After being on medications and in a hospital bin she did improve and we did go through with the amputation. Everything with the surgery went well and she has recovered well from what they have seen. Highly recommend this place, they called multiple times to check up on how she was doing and made sure we had all our questions answered. Yes the only downside was the cost of everything, but they did such a great job and knew what they were doing! Thanks to all the team and there great work!
Quick service, our dog recovered very quickly to a problem that had persisted very long.
