I am not sure I can mention a name here but her First name starts with K and she has dark skin. If you are at this branch, she is the one you need to go see. I deal with multiple banks on the business side and the service I received by this person at this branch twice gave me hope again. She is smart and courteous but also uses her judgement and sense to help her client. Honestly I am a new business client with BMO and I can say my experience so far has been the best in the last 5 years. This is my honest review.
