I am not sure I can mention a name here but her First name starts with K and she has dark skin. If you are at this branch, she is the one you need to go see. I deal with multiple banks on the business side and the service I received by this person at this branch twice gave me hope again. She is smart and courteous but also uses her judgement and sense to help her client. Honestly I am a new business client with BMO and I can say my experience so far has been the best in the last 5 years. This is my honest review. Thank you so much for making things simple and efficient. To whoever the branch manager is in this branch. You have great staff make sure you get them to stay.”

“Formerly a full service bank, this branch has recently been renovated and unfortunately no longer offers any form of regular banking or teller services at all. They instead have several Apple and PC and iPhone and Android self service terminals for customers to access their own online accounts”
