I was a member of the caisse populaire a few blocks from this place and RBC helped me from the sticky situation I was in and just started fresh. I hated being with the caisse Desjardins, it was just dreadful but I don’t feel like that with RBC. Sure the lines are long and theres fees for everything but I can’t say what I have to say about Desjardins. The tellers and advisers truly care about you and about your finances. I love being a client of RBC and I should of been with them since day 1.”

After he communicated with the headquarters, he got confirmation that I can add my wife as second card without fees for the first year,and did application in the same visit . “In my estimation, this is the best branch I've ever visited, of any bank, by a multiple of 10, easily. There's a reason why I have all my accounts, mortgage and credit with these people. The level of competence of the staff at this location seriously never ceases to amaze me. I know that I can go there with any issue or question and feel extremely confident that it will be resolved without hesitation. Perhaps, beyond their impressive level of competence is their level of friendliness. Without a doubt, some of the nicest and kindest people you can find work at that branch. Combined with a great and modernized environment and the perks and strong capabilities of a big bank like TD, I find myself wondering why everyone doesn't just make the switch. I am not sure I can mention a name here but her First name starts with K and she has dark skin. If you are at this branch, she is the one you need to go see. I deal with multiple banks on the business side and the service I received by this person at this branch twice gave me hope again. She is smart and courteous but also uses her judgement and sense to help her client. “Always EXCELLANT service and amazing staff! Thank you!!! For those who rated low because of slow service, shame on you. This is not a fast food restaurant. These people are dealing with people's money. After my father's death, they respectfully did everything in their power to make any transaction and paperwork required go smoothly for me. Just this Saturday one of the clerks went out of her way to help me with a last minute transaction. So for those who hate to wait for good service..maybe it's not the bank Maybe it's YOU.
