“We went for the first time in October to buy my daughter's boots because she had just broken hers (buy from another banner). being afraid to relive the same problem with a new pair of boots (sole that takes off at the heel) the lady assured me that I could come back if this was the case. Unfortunately this was the case 2 months later. So we went back there and the lady to 1-find my invoice in the files- 2 agree to make an exchange despite the past 2 months, 3- convinced and help the girl to choose winter boots rather than fall.
