“I love the location. The staff was super friendly. They talk you into jumping, don’t force you at any moment, make you feel confident, and explain exactly what positions to jump in are the best (which they’re trained to do). I saw them talk to a girl for 20 min to help her jump. No refunds are allowed if you change your mind but I think they let you come in on another day to try jumping again. I was kinda sad because they ask you if you wanna touch the water during your jump, which I said yes to, but ended up not touching it but I know they can’t control everything + there was wind. They also offer videos and photos (for more money), but I think they could maybe work on quality/angle.”

“The location, staff and facilities were fantastic. Everything seemed newly renovated and very modern. Would definitely come back. They even upgraded us which was extremely nice. The only fault was the master bed was very hard which was not a great sleep. Otherwise loved the place. What a view!!”

“Longtime family tradition to visit Champlain Lookout during autumn maple colours. Old wall was deteriorating and now reopened with more parking and wall. Parts of old wall remain. Now we are from out of town and certainly needed GPS and map settings to get to this spot. It gives a very wide and beautiful view of the Ottawa valley, river and into Ontario to the south west of Aylmer Quebec.”
