“Great selection and prices. The staff is nice but disorganized, on the floor as much as in follow-ups by phone and finding your order in the warehouse. It took me a week of phone calls to actually place my order. On the positive side, once my order was placed, having the product available for pick up was quick. Lastly, i asked for refund of my deposit on my credit card and have it (and the remainder of amount owed) charged to my other credit card. It was too intricate a procedure to complete. I just got the overall feeling that staff is scrambling to get ordinary things done. This place must do good business but it's not well managed.”
